Comparison between:

Geologists, SGG geological and geophysical study
Thermal research results were checked and verified by:
- The Municipality of Valdieri.
- The Piedmont Region, the funder of the thermal project.
- Polytechnic University of Turin, responsible for scientific supervision.
- Geologists responsible for construction management.
- Local people attended the conference convened by the municipality on the results of
thermal research and the realization of a dream cultivated for more than 30 years:
In the field of deep groundwater and thermal water exploration, technology often reaches its limits.
Yet, in the Municipality of Villafranca in Lunigiana, an extraordinary case demonstrated how the human mind, when guided by rare and highly developed intuitive abilities, can identify what
conventional computer-based analysis failed to predict.
This was not simply a technical success.
It was a landmark achievement in the history of advanced water exploration.
Armanetti gained widespread recognition for an important water research project for one of the most prestigious state-owned companies in Italy, ITALGAS, which manages water and gas pipelines nationwide.
ITALGAS officially acknowledged his achievements (with certifications and statements broadcasted on RAI 2) for discovering a vast underground aquifer in Rapallo, Liguria, "after nearly a century of failures."
"His abilities are extraordinary...
Thanks to his gift, we were able to save millions of dollars."
Vittorio Arbasino,
Director of the ITALGAS Group of Rapallo
Maurizio Armanetti discovered the first underground hot spring with ocean views in the Caribbean, on the island of Antigua and Barbuda, right beneath a luxurious oceanfront property.
Although geological forecasts indicated only seawater infiltration near the coast, drilling confirmed the presence of a hot spring approximately 250 meters underground, making it one of the most extraordinary coastal thermal discoveries associated with Armanetti’s international work
